In the past, I've lost weight, reached my ideal weight, then gained it back each time. This time, my goal is to reach my goal slowly and focus on health rather than weight. My weaknesses are Mexican food, especially chips and salsa! Yum! Oh, and French bread, red wine & cheese. This time around I've exercised more and eaten healthier than ever before!
