Hello everyone my name is Cecilia, I'm 42 years old and I would love to feel comfortable looking at myself in the mirror... and most importantly believing my husband when he tells me that I'm beautiful. I am married to my best friend and life companion for 15 years but we've been together for 24! I have three children, 2 boys (23 years old and 21 years old) and my 11 year old princess. I was skinny (117 lbs) up until I had my second son and then shot up to 189 lbs after a few years on birth control. When I saw the scale that day I vowed I had to do something about it. I went on the South Beach diet one week later and lost 30 lbs in less than 4 months. I fell off the bandwagon and climbed the scale again to 175 lbs! I decided I had to do something since I can't stand to look at my body in the mirror. I have made a complete change in our diet and started a new diet - HCG diet and am happy to say that the pounds and inches are coming off...
It's not always easy but things get much easier once you get used to it!
I am currently at 158 lbs my ultimate goal is to get to 130 and lose the fat around my abs and hips.
My main motivation now is my oldest son... He lost over 100 lbs so that he could join the Army and he looks AMAZING!! I am now a very proud Army Mom of two - both my boys have joined the military. I try to do some of the workouts they have taught me (talk about sweat your butt off!)
