My name is Tricia. I am 32 and battling my last 10 lbs, I currently have 6 lbs to go but it fluctuates when I focus on it. My only weight loss experience has been with Weight watchers. I have learned a lot about food on the program, but I have been on and off the wagon for the last year. I have been as close as 3 lbs away from my goal and I let it slip away.

I work out religiously and teach spinning, but my downfall is junk food binging.

My goal is to have this forum assist me in the last lap of my weight loss journey
