Work from home / the road. NOT a morning person. Recently Divorced, no kids. I have 2 dogs that love to go for walks although I don't really take them all that much. I live in Texas so it gets too hot out to even walk the dogs in the summer, or be outdoors for that matter. I love going to the lake and doing things outside when it's not +100! Since my divorce I've gained quite a bit of weight. I guess I became a bit of an emotional eater. Now, I'm going to work on getting healthy again... one day at a time with the Dr. Gundry Diet Evolution.
