I am 59 years old and am determined to prove it's not too late to feel good about myself again. It seems like I started counting cals and stopped eating low carb and now I find it extremely challenging to stay on the atkins plan or does it just not work for me anymore? Ten pounds later and having trouble zipping up my coats I'm ready to give atkins another try and perhaps with this site and community support I can do what once came so easy to me. I am from western Colorado and I am single and work with developmentally disabled adults.
