Thanks for the custom exercise info....silly me hadn't even thought of or noticed that( shm @ myself) lol. I have been going back & forth on a device to wear however I want something that will measure more pace & distance ....I have been trying to get reviews via internet & friends as to which model is the best out....thanks all

I can't help but get frustrated with the fact there are no various ways of logging running for exercise.....they go from 5 mph to 6 mph to 7 mph.......there is a big difference in calorie burn when running 5.5 mph then at 5 pmh & so on....there is also a huge difference is running 5.5 mph flat or 5.5 up hill....so every point counts as does the terrain & incline yet there is no various ways of logging these into my exercise log! Question

Tips for keeping hydrated?
I do the Brita as well and love it however I went on Amazon and for roughly $10 got an awesome water bottle that is insulated and doesnt sweat like most plus bonus is it fits amazing in my cup holder.....Trudeau is brand and they come in every color under the sun.

Anyone else have the fat secret app on their mobile phone?
I have it on my Blackberry.... got it there before I started online and I love it. It makes recording so much easier and also lets me see what calories something has before I order it when I eat out.

Toning Shoes
I have and they are ok for walking but wouldn't suggest them for running/jogging or any form of hiking rough or simple.. I also have the New Balance walking shoes and found them more comfy. I am curious to try the Reebok Run-tones but myself am debating dishing out $100.
