i've struggled with my weight ever since i gave birth to my daughter and it has been 4 years. every now and then i dig up photos from 4 years (up) back and saw about half a person as i am now. looking at our wedding picture, it's like a different girl was married to my husband. worst yet, friends post it on facebook. aarrrggghhh! this time i will do it gradually for lasting effect. LOL!
