hunger makes me fail in dieting
You should eat protein (in the morning would be good, for example) and drink a lot of water (1.5-2L/a day) during the day! You could eat some eggs, fish or cheese, for example. They are healthy (depending of the quantity) and keep yourself from being hungry Smile Never skip a meal, always eat 3 times a day, even if you don't have so much time. Good luck!
