I am a 46 year old female, home based business owner. I have tried dieting before but when I reach a "comfortable" weight place approximately 20lbs I usually sidetrack off my diet.
I am not a high impact excerciser but walking and other activities I do on a regular daily routine. I find counting calories is much easier then any of those other diet plans, calories are calories.
My daughter is getting married next July 2013 and hope to be at my goal weight of 145-150.
