Major binge
Hi im the binge queen,when im good my diet is very clean but when i fall off the bandwagon i can go on binging on/off for 1or 2 weeks and that is where the real damage occurs;pick yourself up and fight another day, 1binge wont harm your progress but a few on the trot will...im nursing a week long binge right now :,-( but iv bin good for 3 days now
