I first joined FS in 2010...And it has taken me a VERY long time to buy into the exercise less and and eat more. Sound crazy? Maybe...I am following IIFYM. Google it. For the first time in my life I'm eating whatever I want pretty much whenever I want though I'm taking my cycle into account to vary it slightly. The main thing is hitting at least 100g of protein and 30 to 40g of fiber from FOOD! I'm eating tons of carbs...some good, some not so good and lots of fat...I try and get over 50g a day. I feel great and I'm actually dropping. I just started this change Oct of 2014. Now I'm mad I didn't trust myself enought to do it before. For the first time I've increased my calories from 1900 to 2000 to slow my rate of loss.
