Hello Everyone Im steph and I a new member to this site and Im extremely excited I came across this site. My goal is to get my pregnancy weight off and be more active and feel better health wise and have confidence in myself again. and teach my 2 year old lets be active and play outside and not in the house. Which so far he loves outside. Ruff in the summer time in Az. And learn how to have better eating habits. That being said, the reason Im here is I have a laziness about me , especially getting motivative especially when Im alone by myself b/c its my sons time with his dad. Im really good about talking my self out of not doing anything when I get home from work. I work at 4-5am and work 10+ hrs and get only 2 30min breaks during that time its in a medical clinic so were not allowed to have food or drinks out on the floor ( which is understandable) thats where I need advice and tips on eating habits that will up my metaoblism with the time I have available.So what Im looking to get out of this is knowing that I can do this that your not alone when you get stuck in limbo and the weight up and down wk to wk. and a little push every now and again to stay on track and not give in to laziness anymore. So I hope I get a chance to meet some of you and learn ,and be there has a motivator as well.
