I've struggled with weight issues for years. At age 15 I was over 200 lbs. I joined the Weight Watchers program with my mom after one day at school; someone took it too far with the name calling, and I decided it was enough. I got very frustrated with the program at first. I kept attending meetings, and the group leader was very hard on me, announcing that I still hadn't lost weight, and just overall embarrassing me. I ended up losing weight in a totally wrong way - I just stopped eating. I stopped attending meetings eventually, and I had dropped about 60 lbs. Now at age 20, I'm slowly but surely gaining the weight back at 161 lbs.
I have a gym membership that I barely use because I get so discouraged. I need motivation and inspiration. I'm hoping this helps, wish me luck!
