I am a woman that has always struggled with her weight. When I was younger I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. When I was first diagnosed I lost 25 lbs! At the age of 19 I had my first and only child and during the pregnancy I gained about 15-20 lbs. After I had my baby I then went on to gain an additional 40-45 lbs. I have never been a skinny person nor do I wish to be very skinny (no offence to anyone who is or wants to be), all I want is to get to a comfortable weight for me which is about 170 lbs. Yes, I do realize that 170 lbs on a 5'5" person is still overweight, but for me that was when I felt my best.
Goal #1: Walk at least 2 miles 5 days a week for a month....
Goal #2: Lose 5 lbs...
Goal #3: Be able to jog 1/4 of those 2 miles...
Goal #4: Lose 15 lbs and fit into a size 18...
Goal #5: Jog 1 out of 2 miles...
Goal #6: Lose 20 lbs...
Goal #7: Jog 1 mile walk 2 miles...
Goal #8: Lose 20 lbs and fit into a size 16...
Goal #9: Jog 1 and 1/2 mile and walk 1 and 1/2 mile...
Goal #10: Lose 10-20 lbs to fit into a size 14...
Main goal: Wear a size 12-14 jeans comfortably and run 3 miles
