I am 44 and a stay at home care taker for my mother in law with Alzheimer's. I have put on 15 pounds over the past year & have to get rid of it. I have started walking 3 miles a day on my treadmill hoping to see some of these pounds shed. And I have also started portioning my meals. I would really like to lose 30 pounds, but for now my goal is 15lbs. When I hit that goal I will keep going to lose the other 15. I really want to be healthy for many years to come.
