I'm a single mom of 2 kids. A few years ago, I joined a Biggest Loser program and lost 34 lbs. I was logging my food and working out at least 5 times a week. I was in the best shape I had ever been, and felt great! Within the last 6 months, I've put on 12 lbs. and feel gross. I'm not watching my food intake and am working out maybe a few days a week. It's time for me to put myself first....again, and get this extra weight off. I CAN DO THIS!!
