I'm in my early 20s and haven't been fit since I started my job last year. The weight has slowly been piling on. I am taking control before it gets out of control. I look forward to going to the beach next summer. This summer I was too embarassed.

I don't know how much my weight will be going forward. I'm trying to lose fat and put on muscle. Once I get to the right body shape/size I will create a maintenance goal.
