Thanks for the replies! I did day 1 level 1 yesterday and thought it wasn't too tough, but it's nice to do something different. I'll have to check out the Peak Fitness program.

Losing weight sucks!
I find that I really miss "the girls"! There used to be so much more of them.

Time to Stop Losing and Start Maintaining?
I weighed 167 lbs when I started and made the goal of getting down to 120. For the last few weeks when weighing in I fluctuate between 123 and 125.

I'm wondering if this is my body's way of saying that it's time to stop losing weight. I don't want to stop until I reach my goal because then it feels like I failed; but I'm also tired of being discouraged everytime I step on the scale.

Is any one else struggling with this or have tips?

Made 120, finally. Those last few pounds just fell off thanks to a horrible cold! Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll stay off.
