Would you still diet on your birthday?
While I don't let holidays or special occasions turn to a gluttonous 10,000 calorie binge, I do allow myself to enjoy the day without fretting over every bite I take. I guess I am doing well enough implementing my lifestyle changes that I can enjoy an indulgence, and enjoy it thoroughly, without falling back into my old lifestyle.

If you can keep it in perspective, then by all means enjoy your birthday, have a big piece of cake for those of us whose birthday it is not, then get back on track the next day.

Who diets on their birthday?
Have the cake. A single day doesn't make or break you, so enjoy it.

Gone, but your quote isn't. Well, what the hell. Bad Grin

Edited the quote, but really, there is a lot of good info there. It was just recently though that a member caused a big fuss about it because if you dig around in some of the off-topic areas of the forums, you will find posts from guys, being guys, that may contain images some would find pornographic.

Go to They have exercises galore. Very excellent site and they show you the proper way to do them to make sure you've got your form right and don't do any physical injury.

Careful with advising people to go to that website as you may be labeled a porn pusher. Wink

Lose leg fat?
There really is no exercise that will "target" fat loss in a particular area of your body. Choose a diet method that will result in fat loss, and your body will use fat stores from all fat stores.

What you can do is work on toning the muscle in your legs. The advice given by Bbody is good advice to follow. Don't become discouraged because it is not a quick process. Stick with it and you will see.
