Working
Honestly, I would not bother recording it as "exercise" in the diary. Use the fact that you do not have a sedentary job when determining your RDI and leave it at that. Save the exercise journal for the activities that are extra. I only record actual exercise that I do and yard work that I do on the weekend (have a lot of "yard" to maintain, so I am busy on the weekends outdoors). Also, for all of my recorded exercise I almost always wear my heart rate monitor and record the calories burned info it provides. While the HRM will never be 100% accurate, it is a much better measure than an estimate from a web page.

Please help: How do we convert "grams" into "%" in the DIET CALENDAR, Enter Food
From what I understand, the devs are always open to suggestions for how to improve the site, but not all suggestions make it. Just use the "contact" link at the bottom of the page to send it to them.

I see what you are asking now. The only percentage I have ever been able to find is one of the options for your six categories on your "enter food" page is RDI(%), but that only gives the calories as a percentage of your specific RDI. I am not sure the app does what you are looking for. Maybe someone else has a suggestion.
