At the Start
I can completely understand your dilemma, I broke my leg last October and so my cardio and gym are almost non existant.... I would have a re look at your sodium intake at this point. I am on keto for life and found that when sedentary, I need so much less. try to consume foods that have so much less salt content and see if that gets the water weight moving. Not an expert... just a suggestion.

Cooking Salmon
You also should learn about the different types of salmon. I never eat farmed salmon, only wild and that makes a difference in flavour as well as health issues. Wild from Northern areas like Ireland and the North sea over by Norway are also far more buttery but not so 'fishy'.
It depends where you live as to the varieties you can buy but give each one a little try and see if there's one that suits your taste, for me , a little lemon and butter and wrapped in foil is my way of cooking it.

is this diet okay ?
Iam going to guess you are young and new to dieting and I will say that your goal weight is way too low unless you are only 109 cms.

You have a headache probably because you only ate approx 250 calories. You need to eat more good healthy choices and yes add in some protein. You won't gain weight but your body will have fuel.
good luck

Thanks, reposting this will help so many who struggle with the #'s..... Go by your measurements, not your weight and stop reading about muscle weighing more than fat and bs that makes you feel defeated and lost.
Get into a healthy living for life eating plan and enjoy losing weight as a side benefit!
