Weight loss stalled
Personally I think 124 is a great weight for your height but if you are set on that last few lbs remember that the closer to the goal weight the slower it goes and you might need to recalculate your RDI with the new figures... try this site

Keeping fit, building bone density etc is from exercising, Losing weight is from diet. So , as wholefoodnut said, post your foods and open for all to see and maybe we can give you some advice.

We all know as we get older the 'normal' rules for dieting change and I think we all can offer some help.

Has anyone tried Weight Watchers online program?
My daughter who is in her 30's and overweight refused to do anything on her own re her weight. But being a computer/phone app junkie I suggested WW online. no meetings no face to face no time out of her life. She hesitated but said she'd give it a try. One year later she's lost over 30 lbs and loves it.

Personally i'm not stoked about the fat is bad, even good fats like olive oils an avocados are high in points but sugary things are low. But it's working for her and she's happy and sticking to it and would never do it on her own.

I'm hoping once she's reached her goal weight that she'll switch to something like FS and keep aware of her food intake.

So in answer to your question I think I would say it's up to what type of person are you? will you log your food in and stick to your goals and eating plan whatever it may be.
