I would try entering the foods you intend to eat the day before... then you get a good look at what you think is a good quantity or food for your eating plan and can adjust it before you eat the next day.

I just wanted to say something!
try one tablespoon of olive oil and 1/3 cup of either almonds/walnuts/pistachios every morning. That worked for me.

CHOLESTEROL
When I was told I had high cholestrol my medical Dr wanted to put me on statins and I refused.
I went to my Naturopath with the numbers and he told me to take a tablespoon of olive oil and eat a 1/4 cup of nuts every morning (almond, pistachios or walnuts) I thought this crazy, but i did it and guess what, My numbers are down and staying down.

RDI doesn't make sense
Many find the FS rdi a tad high, try using calculator.net and see what it gives you.
Sorry about your health problems but learning that not being honest won't help you is a big step.
