Tracking things like saturated fat or calcium?
Not as detailed as you wish Firefly but hit MY FAT SECRET, top blue bar, over to the right is MY TOOLBOX under which is MY SETTINGS. At the bottom of that page you can change your nutritional info to include cholestrol and total fats but not separated into trans/saturated etc fats.

I program the treadmill for my workout then throw my towel over the front so I can't see where i'm at. It goes thru the program and I never know when the end is near. and sometimes I'm willing to go on even though it says i'm done!!!

Overeating - Better IN the waste than ON the waist.
As Justine says, get a smaller plate, put less on it, eat slower and enjoy every bite.

My daughter is going thru what I call, eating her kids sins, when she clears the table and has eaten her own food then from the kids plates there isn't enough to put back in the fridge or freeze but as you've all stated we can't throw it away so she eats it! So far she doesn't have a weight problem but it's not a good habit to get into.

I'm too carby!
Here's a simple idea that can be made ahead and warmed up when you want them:

Have a look at the Atkins site for simple low carb recipes and think outside the box, not just eggs are good for breakfast. Yesterday I had a leftover chunk of prime rib with some vegetables.

I think you'll find that if you cut out the processed foods and eat real nutritious fruits and veggies, your carbs will go down and weight loss will happen.
