Ezcema vs. Exercise
Did you have it diagnosed as eczema? Eczema is a skin irritation that usually is caused by something toxic either ingested or put on topically. It is your livers way of telling you that something toxic is in your body.

If the rash is in the shape of your bra then I would guess first at your laundry soap or what the material is. Try washing it in a baby soap with no detergents, scents or dies. There is a wonderful, completely natural creme called Dr Bach's rescue remedie that can be bought at most drug stores now in their health dept or from a health food store. Have a look at the bra material and see what dies they used and if it's cotton or not, synthetics can cause rashes, It is more expensive but a good cotton or even better, hemp bra might be worth it.

best of luck

no loss at waist
'They" say that you can't spot reduce yet other studies have shown that simple carbs are stored in the stomach area and so avoiding them may help.

I know your bio... have you tried smoothies? If you have a good blender you can get so much wonderful nutrition, my favourite mixture is kale, cucumber, carrot, berries, 1/2 banana, yogurt and a wee bit of juice then water.

I also make my own soups instead of canned so even so they say 'low sodium' it only means its lower than the 200x more than they had in there in the first place so you're still getting 100x what you need. Again use the blender to soften the pieces so you can drink it.

Sodium can make you retain water and keep you bloated which again is in the stomach area from the interior.

Why am I not losing weight?
Definitely stay positive and going to the gym is great. CICO is a great theory but one size does not fit all and I don't believe its a simple as it suggests. There are other things that effect us, thyroid function, hormones, food intolerances etc. and we have to learn what may work against you.

For example, grains cause me to bloat and gain. I can eat the exact same calories per day but if I include grains I start to slowly gain weight. I'm not gluten intolerant it's just how grains work for me. Sodium also has a big play in weight gain and I keep it around 1200 mgs a day and all from natural vegetables.

If you are eating less junk food than before, good for you, these steps will head you in the right direction but if you're getting frustrated at stalling then maybe this is something you need to look at. Eliminate all junk food for a week and see what happens. If the weight starts moving down then maybe that great feeling will be better than any chocolate bar will taste!!

Best diet for Low starch, Low Sugar, High Protein
I would use this calculator

and look into the Atkins, Ketogenic or South Beach to see what eating plan might work for you..

Why am I not losing weight?
and sometimes it comes down to honesty with yourself.

It's not always how much you eat , even though you often eat 176% or 157% of what your RDI is supposed to be but also what you consume....

alcohol, i.e. beer will slow your metabolism down that your body will burn those calories while storing the others. (5 in one day , really?)

Your food choices are not always the best and if you ate more nutritious wholesome foods and filled yourself up you wouldn't need the junk that you're eating , i.e. the chocolate bars???

Because of all the processed foods you are consuming your sodium levels are high and therefore your water retention is high.

You really need to learn about eating properly and within your RDI..

use that calculator to learn what it should be and then start making better nutritious choices and you'll start to lose and feel good and will be able to maintain it for life.
Best of Luck
