Click on MY FAT SECRET at the top.... over to the right will come up some columns, look for MY SETTINGS, at the bottom of the page is where you can change your column preferences.

When you are adding in the food to your food diary, lets say you put in 'beets'... a drop down box will come up and show how the beets are prepared, choose what you want and under it may be '1 cup' click on the one cup and by changing the 1 to a .5 you get 1/2 cup...

why
I believe if you read the books and follow Atkins or any other healthy living way of eating 500 calories a day is not a healthy way to live especially if most of them are from processed bars.

I don't see all meat and veggies... and I don't see nuts and seeds in your food intake.

One day at a time, one meal at a time. When you stick to it and the weight starts coming off those temptations will be easier to ignore.

Give yourself mini goals... when I lose 10 lbs i'll buy that new top or get a facial.. (nothing food related)

Consider how many thousands of days/meals you have to eat for the rest of your life and say ' is it really that hard to give up that 'bread' today ... and how much more you might enjoy that slice of bread when you're at your goal weight and can truly enjoy it without feeling guilty!

Welcome to 'Onederland!' ! You should be so proud of yourself.

We can't see what you are eating so I can't advise on what the next step would be. But my advice would be to anyone would be to cut out all processed foods. Eat only real natural foods that feed your body the nutrients it needs. In doing this disease will be eliminated.

I used to have arthritis and after eliminating sugars and processed its gone. I know it's not that simple but it's a step toward better health.

You are not following the diet almost perfectly... you are not following it at all. If you are truly eating only what you are putting into your food diary then you should be losing weight and feeling sick and unhealthy! This is not Atkins, paleo or LCHF, this is just eating poorly and not enough.

You need to read the book or go on the website to learn how to do it correctly , if that's what you want to do.
