Take care of your health and that soon to be beautiful babies health first! think of weight loss as a plus to healthy living. Eat healthy = lose weight! and do the best you can for both of you, trust me, especially if you breast feed, you'll need all the nutrition you and he/she can get!

New Products that Work
Still contains celery powder which is just another way of saying Nitrites.. but it looks to be on of the better products out there.

Trying 1 more time
good list, I love a wee slice of swiss cheese rolled up inside a piece of sliced turkey or chicken or whatever meat with a dollop of mustard, I put 5 or 6 of these in a baggie and munch while i'm on the road.

The only one I would stay away from, especially on induction, would be the Atkins bars and shakes, they do stall many people with the sugar alcohols they contain and it supports the business end of Atkins instead of the weight loss end.

Sorry to hi jack the thread Bella, hate the use or rather abuse of babies to sell crap.

in the 50's there was an add campaign for 7 up

I can't find the page now but I know I read a post from a spokesperson from the company that if they can get the baby's hooked by 2 years old, they'd have them for life!
