Carbs... replacement foods
Avoid the 'simple' carbs... white anything.... flour, sugar, and starches. Eat 'complex' carbs which are fruits and vegetables.

Herbal supplements are just 1 small part of the multi billion dollar diet industry or BS.

Eat real food, eat plants that are grown naturally, eat meat and poultry that is raised without antibiotics and hormones. To lose weight, eat below your RDI and it will happen and be an eating plan for life.

Agree with howzat4u, Kathy, you are sucked in by the company you work with into believing that because it's 'herbal' that its natural and real. It's not. Nothing has been proved in any real scientific study to work. It's all part of a multi billion dollar diet industry..

Eat real food, you get all the nutrition you need from plants and you don't need supplements of any kind.

Huge weight gain/loss in a short period of time
15 lbs is a lot to gain in one weekend. You don't post your food diary for us to see so we can't say exactly what it is that causes you to gain the weight. As stated I'm guessing beer and pretzels!lol, Salty and nothing nutritious. I gain about 5 lbs when I do a dinner with wine but as stated it leaves within 2 days of just drinking water and eating healthy again.

I do not believe that green coffee is the answer. Kathy, you are involved in a so called 'health' supplier but there is no scientific evidence that proves any of those supplements work. HCG, garcina cambogia, green coffee bean extract, are all part of a multi billion dollar diet industry BS.
