More or Less?
completely agree with Jeri here, and i'd stop obsessing with a number you randomly chose . The scale can be your best friend and your worst enemy. Don't let it rule your life. How do you feel, how do your clothes fit, making a goal is great at the beginning of your program but a number chosen and not achieved does not mean failure it just means maybe now at this time in your life that number is not really the right number.
There is a post here "WHY THE SCALES LIE" , search it and have a read and relax, you're doing great.

How do I divide a recipe into slices?
MY FATSECRET > MY COMMUNITY > MY COOKBOOK you put in the complete recipe and put in how many servings it will make, then when you add it into your food diary say 1 serving and FS works it out for you
