Losing weight is like having a second job.
wow, wonderful changes and good for you! Eat real food, it's so simple and yet so difficult to do, but really not difficult, just mind alterating. The food industry has so many ways of trying to make us simple is processed, yet processed is not real.

Please follow that simple rule, if it is plant eat it, if it comes from a plant , don't.

walking is good, no need to run. Just stick to the calorie intake and remember that even if you add in your alcohol intake, the alcohol does slow down the metabolism (and the brain judgements!) and be mindful of that.

Good for you and what a great positive incentive!

My only advice to you re your eating would be to keep an eye on your sodium. Those processed foods can send you over the moon and hold that water that stalls weight loss not to mention the negative impact on your health.

help with constipation
Coconut oil , hemp seed, psyllium, flax seed, any of these sprinkled on whatever you're eating will help.
and drink a mix of camomile tea with peppermint...
