I'm retired from many jobs with many titles. Worked in mostly in retail, a little in manufacturing, and finally in information science. The last is a fancy name for librarian, which was the best job of all. Still a librarian in mind and heart. I have chronic health problems which exacerbated a disease I caught last February. In turn I had various complications during treatment and lost 10 pounds. I've used Fatsecret to track my eating and in turn became more aware of my food habits, good and bad. Today I've gained most of my weight back, but still track daily because I am a skinny guy who can literally eat himself sick. I love to cook and to bake and really enjoy food, just need balance. That's the lesson I've learned here, both from using the app and from you, the wonderful Fatsecret community.
