How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every day. I love being able to look back on my calendar and see the fluctuations. It helps me not to get stressed about a little gain because I know it will "come out in the wash".

Wow... How Many Calories Did I Use to Consume??
It is amazing. I know I used to think I was having a decently healthy meal with a chicken salad from O'Charley's. Once I looked it up - never again!! How do you fit that many calories in a salad?

Wow... How Many Calories Did I Use to Consume??
I take a couple of "days off" each week where I don't worry about keeping my calories within my daily allotment. I typically don't log on those days, but I did today. I'm always so amazed at how quickly the calories can add up to say... more than a day's worth of calories for one meal (for example, during today's work pitch-in). I know I need days like that every once in a blue moon to keep my cravings in check and I don't worry about those because at least I'm not eating that way every day like I used to be. But it does make me wonder... how many calories did I used to consume in a typical day with all of my calorie laden foods and sodas? No wonder I was busting out of my clothes right before I started making a change in my habits. Anyone else feel the same way?
