NEED ADVISE
I had the same problem. Maybe the amount you burn is less than the norm or you are not accurately calculating foods. Its tough to get portion size right sometimes...ie i ate some nachos, but what is a"cup" of nachos? I had to go on 1000 cal below what i burn each day to get 7000 negative each week (2 lbs). Turms out im around 80% Rda...good luck!

Calorie Intake
It's actually pretty easy . From what I've read, it's a math thing . If you look at it like a simple math problem you can have real control over your weight. Simple facts to remembe:
1)3500 calories = 1 lb of fat weight
2) the more you weigh the more you burn, just like a car
3) most people burn 12 to 14 calories per lb you weigh every day (without exercise) so multiply your lbs by 12 (200lb x 12=2400 cal burned every Day)
4)subtract calories eaten in a day from total burned to get your daily number of calories burned
(or stored) "I ate 2000 calories today but burned 2400 so I am 400 calories negative today "
5) if that difference (400 cal as above) is continued for 8.75 days (3500 divided by 400) you will lose a pound.
6)you MUST calculate calories daily with everything you eat..yes everything.
7) your weight will fluctuate several lbs a day with water in/out so don't follow weight too much. It's much more effective to keep a running total of calories negative since starting a diet. Fat secret app does that well .
Cool multiply the amount you want to lose by 3500. THAT is your ultimate goal. Lose that many calories over a long period of time and you are there!
9)I recommend trying to be 1000 cal negative in your daily average , to lose a pound every 3.5 days ... Good luck .
