In November of 2004, after graduating from United States Marine Corps bootcamp, I weighed in at a very trim 155 lbs. Five years later, I am now at 245. This is the most I have ever weighed, and I am not going to accept that this is how it will be. My wife and I are expecting our third child in August, and I really do not want to gain weight like I did with the first two.

In high school I played sports (soccer, tennis and one year of basketball) and was always very active. I played college soccer for one year, and basically lived in the gym in the off season.

I am returning to fatsecret from about a year off, and I am looking to get back into shape. I am hoping this time, I can stick with it and live a healthy lifestyle for me and my family.
