My immediate goal is to get back in shape and get back to my pre-baby weight, 174 lbs. I need to fit into some of my professional clothes at the end of October for a big conference, so I have 10 weeks to lose about 10 lbs.
I love to exercise but now that I'm a mom, I have a hard time finding the time. I recently signed up for my first-ever marathon in March 2012! I love to run, swim, bike, and I have completed 2 half marathons and 4 triathlons. I'm a PhD student working on my dissertation.
