Incorrect Info on Food Lists
Sometimes the ingredients change in the product and so the label changes.. The entries you are seeing are old entries and they need to be updated with the newer food labels. I have seen several that are wrong as well, one in particular every time it is changed, someone changes it back to the old numbers saying they are basing it off the website for that product, even though the label on the can is different. just the manufacturer hasn't changed the nutritional information on their website, doesn't mean it is still right. So i have to add my custom entry for that particular item because i don't want to use the one that is wrong..

i have wondered this same thing. i know this is going be an issue for me.. I can already tell with the 14 pounds i have lost that i am going to have loose stomach skin and i still have a long ways to go, i guess it is something i will just have to deal with.. sigh.

can you recommend a good bathroom scale ?
I know this post is old but thought i would post the scale i got that i love, just in case anyone else is looking for a new scale. I have the biggest Loser body fat scale by taylor and i really like it. It is all glass with 2 silver strips that read your baby fat and stuff. I bought this one at walmart or meijer, i can't remember. I think it was around $30

help please on entering food
Here is what i do,, I add the totals up for the whole pot of whatever i am making.. Then when its finished cooking i measure it all out by 1 cup at a time. Once i know how many cups are in the whole pot, i then can divide it by how many cups and figure out how many calories and other stuff are in 1 cup.. You then add it as a new item, and check the box that says its your own personal meal.. Save it so only you can see it, i don't share mine because its my own personal recipe.. Then under additional notes, i will type it exactly what ingredients and how much was used in that pot for future reference.. Its a pain in a, but it works.
