Over the last six months I have not tweaked the diet to much. for the most part I have maintained about 2400 cal with a equal carb,fat,protien ratio. On average I am 20-30% on protien and alternate on the fats and carbs.
Over the last two weeks I have tried to increase my cal intake along with carbs for putting on some muscle mass. feels like it helped. My weight went up 203 to 207 and my pants fit better than any time in ten years. I am not measuring with a tape.
Now that beach weather is in sight I am transistioning to 2100 cal and shifting the balance by increasing protien, uping fats to about 30-35%. carbs should stay below 25%.
I lay all this out but honestly my fats and carbs are alway on the healthy side. It will be interesting to see if I can create any change physically.
This is my pledge to kick up the cardio also.
