I got healthy after quitting a 20 year smoking habit. My knees don't cope with running anymore so I stick to lots of walking, kettlenetics, and I recently bought myself a new bike which I am crazy mad about :)
I don't have a lot of weight to lose but there are a few wobbly jiggly bits that I'd like to tone up.
The structure of tracking my food and exercise fits well with my obsessive-compulsive nature. It makes me accountable and I can't lie to the computer (or others who are reading this).
