I'm 32...wife, step-mother, working girl. I'm determined to lose a few lbs plus some extra "vanity pounds". My husband recently bought me a entire new wardrobe that I no longer can fit in, so that's my motivation! I'd also like to maintain a heathier relationship with food. I have issues with my portions. Just trying to find that right balance so I can lose lbs, feel good about myself and be heatlhier!
