I am currently 29 years old and 5'7. I have put on some extra pounds over the years especially this past year since getting married. I'm wanting to take better control. I work full time and I'm also trying to get pregnant so the only way I will accept GAINING anymore weight is if I end up pregnant. I have great family support! So far I have lost 5 lbs putting me at 143. I'd like to at least be to 135 by the end of the year. One month at a time is how I'm doing this. Eating less calories, do whatever work outs I can fit in and avoiding all the holiday dessert temptations :)
Being in Utah I have great mountains and national parks to hike around in. Now it's winter time, hiking doesn't really happen, so I have to push myself a little hard to actually hit the gym!
