My name is Kim. I am married with 3 boys (17,16,13). I have struggled with dieting for about 15 years. Actually it is probably longer than that...but the last 15 years have been worse. I have tried it all. I finally decided I needed to make a change...a lifestyle change. Temporary diets obviously weren't working for me...lol. Over the years I had managed to 'diet' myself from 135 to 200 lbs. I started this new chapter in my life on August 2, 2011. I have lost 59 lbs to date and still have 15 more to lose. I exercise regularly doing p90x(5-6 days per week). I gave up sugar and eat a lower carb diet...something I intend to maintain for life.
