Well I am back... I've started a new phase of fitness and have decided to add carb cycling to my regimen and nothing is better than Fat secret to keep up with calories and exercise... Hope everyone has an amazing day!

So its been a few months since I last logged in... However my weight loss journey is over but my fitness game is still on. I cannot believe the progress thats taken place over the last 8 months. I started 30 min on treadmill for the first 30 days, then added weight machines, then pin weights, now I do free weights and have just started training to compete in Powerlifting! I eat clean for the most part and train hard. Im loving this lifestyle change... IT CAN BE DONE!!!
FAT SECRET and the PEOPLE HERE ARE AWESOME!!!
