Wooo hooo. Saw 237 lbs yesterday and weighed in at 237.5 today on my weigh in date so I'll take it. Not bad considering squash league is over for a few weeks. I need the break to re-hab my injuries so am working on that. The tennis elbow is giving me problems. Physiotherapy seems to be helping but is a slow process.

Here's a weird thing. Have had problems with my left knee for a long time now and have been told its the start of arthritis so have just been grinning and bearing it. It isn't terrible just always there if you know what I mean. The right knee has been good. So I went to my naturopath this week and mentioned that since I've been "studying" yoga I have become aware that many of my injuries occur on the kidney meridian. It was one of those things that make you go hmmmm. She thought that was interesting as well. So we did acupuncture on the kidney meridian points. Today my left knee feels fine and my right knee has a twinge of what my left knee has been feeling.

Now I have been doing the Yin yoga which stresses the tendons, cartilage and bones so it may be that stress that has made my right knee a bit more sensitive or a combination with the stationary bike exercise. And maybe it is that that helped my left knee. We shall see what another acupuncture session bring. Still curious though.

I did ease back on the yoga as I was feeling kind of "unsteady". Its hard to explain except to say that the joint feel unstable. I will let them firm up a bit and do some more. Still lots of room for improvement but am enjoying it.
