Always looking for buddies on the same or similar path. My goal is a little more that that, as I am striving for 1-2 lbs per week. New pool being built now, and need to look at least so so in a suit.

Hi. New to this but not new to the weight loss struggle
Surprised Hello all, I totally agree with all the posts. And, I to agree having buddies even if just for encouragment sure helps. I sure know I can use the encouragment.

I am an RN Manager, with a wealth of medical knowledge after 20 years, yet seem to let my weight roller coster all the time.

Would love any new buddies looking for the same.

Well..... over 3 lbs this week after only 1 lb last week..... Very happy. Getting so close to that goal of under 160.... 1 more challenge should put me ...
