performance: losing 2.9 lb a week
I've had no problem losing weight, but keeping it off has been a real challenge. I always reach my goal of 174 lbs, but then I seem to develop an attitude that I no longer need to be concerned, and end up putting the weight back on! I'm diabetic and when my weight is down, my blood sugar is down and I can stop meds. So, I have two reasons to lose the weight AND KEEP IT OFF. From what I hear, three times the charm ... and this is the third time that I've attempted to lose and then MAINTAIN. I've got that "can do" attitude now, so we'll see what we see when we see it!
