Hi-

I'm a happy attractive professional with 2 amazing boys. The only thing missing is that I can't get a handle on getting to a healthy weight. My weight has been an issue my entire life. I was thin in college but over the past 25 years my weight has sky-rocketed from 30-now 65 lbs over my ideal weight. I'll be 50 in November and want to look fabulous by or before my birthday.

I'm looking for buddies to get motivation from and/or help motivate others. Looking for a team effort!

Introduction
This is new to me! (This site) however dieting is not. I'm a life long dieter. I thought I was fat as a teen-ager however looking back at those times, what I weighed as a teen-age is my goal weight now. (135). I'm the same height back then as I am now. When I married at 24, I lost a few pounds to get to 128 and still didn't have a good body image.

Now at 48, a stressful job plus and two wonderful teen-age boys later, I have lost and gained hundreds of pounds over the years. Unfortunately, I usually end up gaining plus and that is how I'm in the situation I'm at. As I've gotten older, I realized I must exercise a min. of 60 min./day, 6 days a week. in order to loose 1-2 lbs/wk. I have been doing 30 min./day, 6 days a week and have maintained a high weigh.

I feel renewed in that I think this site can really help me if I can just enter the information daily. I want to get healthy and know it's a MUST for me.
