Another successful week! I decided to skip recording my meals to see how well I followed the plan. I think I did pretty good, even though my weigh only shows a .3 lb loss. This is usually the time when the results on the scale look less drastic for me.
I definitely notice a difference in how I feel on my off day. I feel so good the rest of the week. I'm not tired, it's easier to focus on my work, I have lots of energy, my skin doesn't break out, and my clothes are not as tight. I don't have cravings like I did at first, and I look forward to eating healthy. One month is under my belt. I'm ready for the rest of my life!

I had a great week! I was tempted by doughnuts and fast food, but wasn't even tempted to eat them. It has been 25 days since I started my new lifestyle. I've still got some work to do with being more active at times other than my daily workouts. Watching less TV would help, but it is very cold where I live right now and I don't want to leave the house.
Things I've noticed since I started: I don't get tired in the afternoon, my face doesn't break out anymore, my stomach has shrunk, I'm not obsessed with food, and it's easier to stay focused at work.

I'm not discouraged because I only lost .4 lbs. It is still a loss. It feels great to eat right and exercise. I don't get tired during the day & I am not sore.
