Any way to enter a custom food
Thanks I figured it out. All I did was take all the ingredients I used and added the nutritional values Im tracking and divided by the number of cups I got out of the pot. It gives an average which is better than noting. Thank you for the replies.

Made some soup and wanted to enter the average nutrients per cup. Any way to do it?

Back at it after a month of relaxing. Only gained a couple pounds back so not to bad. Since 7/11 its been all moderation of foods, and plenty of golf. ...
