I am a mother of 4 that works full time, a full time student and a VERY busy leisure schedule. Other than my weight and finances, my life is AWESOME!
Money comes and goes..but pictures are forever.
I finally got serious in January of 2012. I began to track on Weight Watchers and slowly lost 6 lbs. (Holiday weight)In March I did a 24 day cleanse (Advocare) which catapulted my weight loss and broke alot of bad habits. I contiued to make lifestyle changes in my diet like limiting wine,alchohol, and dairy kept the weight off and slowly coming off.
Since January, I have lost 24 lbs.
I have cancelled my WW and back to the free (and just as good)Fat Secret reseting my weight and goals. I have 14 lbs to go before I hit my goal, and I wanted to know where I stand calorically to maintain my weight. (which is difficult to do when doing points on WW)I continue to use Advocare products because they are nutritionally sound- but will never rely on them completely as that is no real life.
Its been slow, but healthy and for good! Bring on the Holidays, because it will not be more of the same- AMEN!
