I was diagnosed with diabetes two years ago. Also around the same time, RA and just last fall, fibromyalgia. THAT was when I started going to the gym...water aerobics once a week and a couple of other days on the other equipment. I thought I was watching what I ate, but was disappointed because I wasn't losing any weight or inches. This site has helped me be aware of exactly what I am eating, but I am being totally honest about my eating and my exercising and I still am not losing any weight. I am really frustrated.
