I had to post because, never before have I followed a diet plan and had such fantastic results as well as feeling great! I have been on the Advocare 24 day challenge for 12 days and have lost 8.5 lbs. I have more energy than I have had in years and I do not feel hungry. To the person who was asking about where to record water intake, in the booklet there are little circles to color in for every 8oz of water you drink.
