can't seem to update my weigh in... anyone had the same problem... i'm currently less than what I posted last time... it's weird. mailed admin several times but not responding... that's also another question...I don't get it...

sweat suit...
Hello friends... I recently got a sweat suit...and try to walk ~5miles on treadmill wearing it everyday.. therefore I'm burning in hot, and sweating a lot... noticed even after cold shower, my body still feels heat inside... Does exercising with sweat suit contribute to my weight loss or just the water waste??? Thanks a lot...
