Hi Earthlady

I started around 10 weeks ago now been losing roughly a pound a week with a bad week where I gained a few and hard to work hard to get it back down and get back on track which I did.

Fingers crossed for next week just a bit frustrating, how is your weight loss going?

Lol yes I am an impatient lady this is true.

What I dont understand is how its physically possible surely I must be burning more calories than Im eating??

Hi everyone

I started with a goal of wanting to lose around 11 pounds to take me from 135.6 to 124.

I have been eating 1200 calories a day and bar one week where I went AWOL have now managed to get down to 126.6. Problem is despite eating 1200 calories a day, working 8 hours a day and 2 gym visits in the past 4 days I havent lost an ounce this week. My weight loss progress seems to have been really slow but now that Im so close Im getting frustrated as I just want to get there.

Any ideas what this plateu is about? Im sure other people must have had this

Hi everyone

I've just discovered the site through app store. Think the sites amazing but need a few tips.

How do I delete a couple of weigh ins?

Ive went back and added my weight loss history for the past 2 months since I started dieting and now only want my once a week weigh in showing

Can this be done?
