I am married to a wonderful man and the mother of 2 beautiful children. I turned 30 in 2010 (weighing 252lbs) and decided I was tired of being fat. I work full time and sitting at a desk all day enabled me to be lazy. Now I'm trying to educate myself and make a lifestyle change. I know it will not happen overnight, but slowly I will get there.
my end goal will be under 154, but for now I will be happy moving down into each category.
