Calories Burned while "sucking in" your stomach?
I tend to have lower back problems, so I can really tell the difference that it makes with posture. I'll try to do some more research into this and post if I find anything interesting. Thanks for the feedback!

Calories Burned while "sucking in" your stomach?
I believe that squeezing your abs or sucking in while you're sitting, standing, walking (just going about your day) makes some kind of difference. For some reason, I have a vague memory that a minute of ab squeezing is approximately equivalent to 10 crunches. Can anybody confirm that? I'd like to know about how many calories this burns.
