Hi, my name is Heidi. I have struggled most of my life with my weight. Now I am a mother of 3 and find myself stressing about who needs to be where or who needs what more than what I need. I do daycare from 6:30am to 6:00pm and run after my kids and their activities after that. I have slowly crept up to 275lbs over the last 12 years. Now I am determined to bring that number down. I have a hard time exercising because when I have free time to do my own thing I am so tired that I just sleep or watch TV. I know this is a mental thing and that I have to make time to exercise. That is why I am on here. I need the reminder of "get off your butt!!" and "don't eat that, you aren't even hungry!!"

Stuck and Sinking
I totally feel your pain! I was actually going to post a similar question. I have been tracking my calories and my carbs for the past 4 months and have found that if I exceed 1100 calories or 50g of carbs, I gain. This is not what I signed up for with the weight loss deal!! I feel like I am starving myself! I work out 3-5 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes besides my busy life. I have quit drinkning alcohol and pop which should have made a big difference but ugh!! Frustration!!
