I agree healthy fats are important; olive oil is our mainstay and it has helped my cholesterol; plus krill oil (fish) abd red rice yeast supplements.

I will give it a try this weekend; would love wash and go hair. I still won't ingest coconut oil, but will use it on skin and hair.
