217lbs/5'-8"/80% Pear shape/Max 245lbs in 2010/Min 160lbs in 1996/Small frame/Heavy chest/Skinny legs - I lost 65 pounds and I got pregnant. I gained 30 pounds with my pregnancy and lost 15 after giving birth. I kept the weight off for three months. From the time I separated from the baby and started to work (month number 4-16) I gained 27 pounds. I don't know if it was my hormones or the fact my sister came to live with me after I was living by myself for 7 years, and the cooking and living adjustments were pretty drastic, or perhaps I couldn't cope too well with that. In month number 9-12 after birth, I was determined to loose 15 pounds and failed. I started again yesterday 8/26/2013 and things are going pretty well.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
D*A*I*L*Y!!!!!! Question Weight is a P*R*I*O*R*I*T*Y in my life. I need to KEEP TRACK. Understand how my body fluctuates and doing so makes me realize if i eat right (1,600-1,800 kcals) will be 2 lbs more at night but 1 L*E*S*S the morning after two days has passed. It is incredible how much control you have over your body weight. If i have more than 2 lbs in the evening, am busy and did not count calories, i know i need to STOP EATING and ACTIVATE my heart rate doing something around the house or gym before the day is over (if possible) or the next day I can make it up because I know the facts!!! Love WEIGHT CONTROL!
