PS1000 diet works for me!
Well I am one of those all my life dieters. Have found PS1000 diet which is just a healthy clean eating which requires their formulated supplements (I consider them my vitamins), health coaches are great and there is a closed support group which I think makes a difference for someone like me who does not like to talk about it with my friends who have been probably sick of hearing me say "I am on a diet".
Diet is high in protein low in carb and requires you to eat 5 times a day which sometimes can be a chore, lol. It is funny how eating junk I could always time for but when it comes to clean eating I am like "screw it I am busy!", Very Happy

Can someone advise me about eating more fat?
I follow PS1000 program and even though you are supposed to do it with their supplements I think the diet part itself is great. Lots of protein, moderate veggies and fruit, low but high quality fat and carbs only in a form of fruit and a few crackers here and there, or I sometimes use Fitness Bread, which I just now learned to love. I have lost over 20 pounds so far and feel amazing, never hungry and feel satisfied. I think you need to find that balance that works for you. Try adding additional serving of fat and see how that feels. Otherwise clean eating all the way!

Looking for PS1000 diet coupon code
Hi There, anyone have a coupon code I could use for PS1000 diet? I have been on it for almost 2 months now and have lost almost all the weight but think I want to continue with the supplements as I do feel it gives me more energy and even helps balance hormones BUT I do not want to spend so much money on it. If anyone has a coupon code they would be willing to share it would greatly appreciated!
