Couch to 5k
I actually went to this same website and printed out the running plan. Now keep in mind I have never gone beyond week 1 but the running workouts I did do were amazing and to think I could actually run was wonderful. I can't wait to be the person either on the treadmill or outdoors for 15 minutes + running w/o any walking.
